Alexander Warner
Alex Warner serves as an Operations Specialist at Lovell Government Services, bringing a strong background in military healthcare, government procurement, and public-sector purchasing. His diverse experience supporting military operations and government contracting enables him to contribute effectively to Lovell’s mission of serving veterans, military members, and government partners.
Prior to joining Lovell, Alex served eight years in the United States Army, attaining the rank of Sergeant. During his military career, he was stationed at Grafenwöhr, Germany; Fort Bragg, North Carolina; and Fort Sam Houston, Texas. As a Pharmacy Technician, he played a critical role in supporting the health and readiness of service members through medication management and patient care. Alex also deployed to Iraq from January 2010 to October 2010, where he contributed to healthcare operations in support of military missions overseas.
Following his military service, Alex gained valuable experience in government contracting and procurement. As a Government Account Representative with US21, he worked with open-market opportunities, preparing and submitting bids to support the procurement needs of U.S. government agencies. He later served as a Purchasing Coordinator for the Escambia County Office of Purchasing, where he managed public solicitations and procurement processes, ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficiency in county purchasing operations.
Alex studied Business and General Studies at Richland College, building a foundation in business principles and organizational management that continues to support his professional success.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Alex is an Eagle Scout, a distinction that reflects his commitment to leadership, service, and community involvement. His military experience, procurement expertise, and dedication to excellence make him a valuable member of the Lovell Government Services team.
