Brian Phelps

Brian serves as the Director of IT at Lovell, bringing a strong background in IT infrastructure, data reporting, and systems management. Before joining Lovell, he held key IT leadership roles, including IT Director at VBH-PA, where he was responsible for overseeing data reporting, hardware, infrastructure, and desktop support. He also served as IT Manager at George DeLallo, leading ERP migrations, cloud surveys, and the development of efficient data mapping and workflow processes.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, with concentrations in Accounting and Economics. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Sigma Iota Epsilon business and honors fraternities. With a sharp focus on operational efficiency and scalable IT solutions, Brian plays a critical role in supporting Lovell’s mission through technology.
