Jace Martinez serves as a Staff Accountant at Lovell Government Services, bringing a strong foundation in financial reporting, accounting operations, and business advisory services. In his role, Jace supports the company’s financial management efforts through accurate reporting, analysis, and process execution that help drive organizational efficiency and informed decision-making.

Prior to joining Lovell, Jace worked as a Staff Accountant with Sigma Accounting & Consulting, where he provided client accounting and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of businesses. He helped organizations gain financial clarity and operational insight by managing accounting processes, analyzing financial data, and supporting leadership teams with strategic decision-making. His expertise included improving financial reporting accuracy, creating efficient accounting structures, and translating complex financial information into actionable guidance that supported business growth.

Before Sigma Accounting & Consulting, Jace served as a Staff Accountant for Flora-Bama, where he managed full-cycle accounting procedures for three entities operating under the Flora-Bama brand. In this role, he prepared weekly financial statements and performed reconciliations that supported executive decision-making and ownership review, helping maintain financial transparency and operational effectiveness.

Jace earned his degree in Accounting from the University of Mobile, where he studied Business and developed the technical expertise and analytical skills that continue to support his professional success.
