Thorice Armstrong

Thorice Armstrong serves as an Operations Specialist at Lovell Government Services, bringing nearly 24 years of leadership and operational management experience from a distinguished career in the United States Navy. Retiring at the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E-7), he developed expertise in aviation operations, training management, workforce development, and mission-critical coordination.

Throughout his military career, Thorice served at multiple commands across the United States, including Naval Air Engineering Station Lakehurst, USS Nassau, Naval Air Station Whiting Field, Tactical Air Control Squadron TWELVE (TACRON 12), and Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake. He held leadership roles as an Air Traffic Control Manager, Master Training Specialist, and FAA Proficiency Manager, leading personnel development, training programs, and operational readiness initiatives.
