Cole Lawton
Cole Lawton serves as an Insurance Billing Specialist at Lovell, bringing eight years of active-duty military service in both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Navy. His diverse background in leadership, operations, and customer service provides a strong foundation for supporting Lovell’s billing and administrative operations.
Cole served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2013 to 2017, achieving the rank of Corporal before continuing his military career in the U.S. Navy from 2018 to 2022. He was stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, and Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, California. As a Marine Infantryman, he was selected for the battalion’s Scout Sniper Platoon less than six months after arriving at his unit. Throughout his military career, Cole completed two overseas deployments and participated in a humanitarian mission supporting hurricane relief efforts in Florida. He served as a Rifle Squad Leader, Combat Hunter Trainer, UAS Level 1 drone operator, Chief Scout for an Amphibious Raids Boat Company Scout Swimmer team, and later completed Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training before injuries prevented him from completing SEAL Qualification Training. He concluded his military service as a member of the U.S. Navy Honor Guard, providing honors for fallen service members.
Before joining Lovell, Cole served as an Office Coordinator with the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he coordinated physician schedules and supported patient care operations. He also worked as an independent brand photographer, producing promotional photography, video content, and marketing materials for businesses and events. Cole is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at the University of West Florida. His leadership, dedication to service, and broad operational experience make him a valuable member of the Lovell team.
