Daniel Dilley

Daniel Dilley serves as the Director of Sales and Training at Lovell Government Services, bringing nearly three decades of distinguished service in the United States Navy. Over the course of 28 years (1994–1998, 2002–2026), Daniel achieved the rank of Chief Petty Officer and held numerous leadership roles focused on recruiting, talent development, and training.

Throughout his Navy career, Daniel was stationed at USS Theodore Roosevelt, Navy Recruiting District Miami, Navy Recruiting District Jacksonville, Navy Talent Acquisition Group Ohio River Valley, Recruit Training Command, and the Navy Recruiting Orientation UnitDilley Questionaire. He served in key leadership positions including Recruiter, Recruiter in Charge, Division Leading Chief Petty Officer, Onboarding Lead, Lead Interviewer, and InstructorDilley Questionaire. His extensive experience in recruiting operations and professional development directly supports his leadership in sales strategy and training initiatives at Lovell.

Daniel is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources at the University of Arizona Global CampusDilley Questionaire, further strengthening his expertise in workforce development and organizational leadership. His proven track record of mentorship, operational excellence, and talent acquisition makes him an invaluable asset to the Lovell team.
