John Prindle

John is an Operations Specialist at Lovell, with a distinguished background in the United States Marine Corps. He served 23 years (2003–2026) and achieved the rank of Master Sergeant. Throughout his career, he was stationed at MCAS Yuma, Arizona; MCAS New River, North Carolina; RS Lansing, Michigan; MCAS Iwakuni, Japan; and NAS Pensacola, Florida. He served as an Air Traffic Control Maintenance Chief, overseeing critical systems and supporting aviation operations across multiple installations. His service included deployments to Iraq in 2009 and Afghanistan in 2011, as well as participation in Cold Response 22 in Norway, Operation Baltic Watchtower in Poland, and numerous overseas exercises. His personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, two Navy Commendation Medals, and three Navy Achievement Medals.

Prior to his military career, John served as a 6th grade teacher with Indianapolis Public Schools, where he also coached freshman basketball. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Ball State University. John’s leadership experience, operational expertise, and long-standing commitment to service make him an ideal fit for the Lovell team.
