Eduardo Otero Santos

Eduardo Otero Santos is an Operations Specialist at Lovell, bringing a decade of experience from the U.S. Navy where he served from 2015 to 2025 and achieved the rank of Petty Officer First Class. Throughout his naval career, Eduardo served as a Mass Communication Specialist, supporting mission-critical communications and public affairs efforts across multiple commands.

Eduardo was stationed aboard the USS Ronald Reagan in Yokosuka, Japan; Naval Station Rota in Spain; and the USS Nimitz in Bremerton, Washington. His service included four deployments, where he played a key role in delivering accurate, timely information in dynamic and high-pressure operational environments.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico, strengthening his understanding of global affairs and strategic communication. Eduardo’s operational insight, attention to detail, and commitment to mission success make him a valuable member of the Lovell team.
