Michael Poli

Michael is an Operations Specialist at Lovell, with an extensive background in the U.S. Air Force. He served 10 years (2015–2025) and achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant (SSgt). Stationed at Eielson AFB, Alaska; Lackland AFB, Texas; and Dover AFB, Delaware, he supported mission-critical logistics and transportation operations across multiple commands. He held key roles, including Logistics Supervisor, Storage Operations Manager, Inventory Management Specialist, and Outbound Cargo Technician. His service included recognition with the Afghanistan Campaign Medal with Service Star and multiple Air Force and Air & Space achievement and commendation medals, along with honors as Airman of the Quarter and NCO of the Quarter.

Michael earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona – Global Campus in 2024 and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, in 2022, as well as an Associate of Arts in Transportation and Logistics from the Community College of the Air Force in 2019. Michael’s dynamic leadership, strategic problem-solving skills, and extensive logistics experience make him an ideal fit for the Lovell team.
