Joshua Deleon

Josh serves as the Director of Human Resources at Lovell, bringing 20 years of distinguished service in the United States Marine Corps and a strong academic foundation in business and human resource management. Over the course of his military career (2005–2025), he rose to the rank of Gunnery Sergeant (GySgt) and held key leadership roles as both Administration Chief and Operations Chief. His assignments took him across the country and abroad, including duty stations in Maryland, North Carolina, Michigan, Hawaii, Louisiana, and Japan.

Josh deployed to Okinawa, Japan, with 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marines and earned several prestigious awards for his service, including the Meritorious Service Medal, three Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, and two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Liberty University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Management. Josh’s deep leadership experience, operational excellence, and passion for supporting teams make him a vital part of the Lovell organization.
