Kobe Campbell

Kobe is an Executive Assistant at Lovell, bringing a strong background in military leadership, logistics, and operational management. He served five years (2020–2025) in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Captain. Stationed at New River, NC, Kobe served as an Aviation Supply Officer and held key roles including Operational Management Division Officer in Charge, Customer Support Branch Officer in Charge, and Aviation Supply Officer for Weapons and Tactics Instructor School 2-23. He received a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his performance as Officer in Charge of the Operational Management Division and assisted with the integration of MALS-26 and MALS-29.

Following his military service, Kobe expanded his experience in logistics and business operations. As a Senior Consultant at Maersk Logistics, he served as the primary representative for the Burlington account, managing customer needs and coordinating logistics for vendors shipping to the United States. He later served as a Business Enablement Program Manager at SeekNow, where he supported the restructuring of operations and onboarding, managed projects, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive organizational alignment.

Kobe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Mass Media from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2020. His combination of military leadership, operational expertise, and cross-functional experience makes him a valuable addition to the Lovell team.

Mike de Juana

Mike de Juana serves as an Operations Specialist at Lovell Government Services, where he supports operational initiatives and collaborates across teams to ensure projects and processes are executed efficiently.
Prior to joining Lovell, Mike served as a Project Coordinator at Freedom Forever, where he managed high-volume customer and stakeholder communications, analyzed operational performance using Power BI dashboards, resolved escalated issues, and coordinated cross-functional efforts to drive projects to successful completion. He also held multiple leadership and operations roles at Meraki, progressing to Operations Manager, where he oversaw project coordination, team management, permitting, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives that supported the successful delivery of solar installation projects.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Pensacola Christian College and holds a Google Data Analytics Certificate. His background in operations, project management, and data analytics enables him to identify opportunities for process improvement and deliver effective solutions that support Lovell’s mission.

Matt Cavett

Matthew Cavett serves as Chief Information Officer at Lovell, bringing more than 13 years of leadership experience in information technology, cybersecurity, and communications from the United States Marine Corps. In his role, Matt leads Lovell’s technology strategy, overseeing IT operations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives that support the company’s continued growth and innovation.
Matt served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 13 years, achieving the rank of Major. Throughout his military career, he was stationed at Quantico, Virginia; Twentynine Palms, California; Camp Smith, Hawaii; Camp Lejeune, North Carolina; and Stone Bay, North Carolina. As a Communications Officer, he led technical modernization efforts across global and regional operations, managing global data centers, directing cybersecurity and cross-functional technology programs for Marine Corps Forces Pacific, and implementing artificial intelligence and digital communications capabilities for Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) and the 7th Marine Regiment. He also led the first major reorganization of the 8th Communication Battalion in nearly two decades, strengthening operational readiness and organizational effectiveness.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas and a Master of Business Administration from New England College. He also holds the CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst+ (CySA+) certification. His military service has been recognized with two Meritorious Service Medals and two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, and he served as the Officer in Charge of the Marine Corps Communications Unit of the Year in 2017. Matt’s strategic leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to innovation make him a valuable member of the Lovell team.

Cole Lawton

Cole Lawton serves as an Insurance Billing Specialist at Lovell, bringing eight years of active-duty military service in both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Navy. His diverse background in leadership, operations, and customer service provides a strong foundation for supporting Lovell’s billing and administrative operations.

Cole served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2013 to 2017, achieving the rank of Corporal before continuing his military career in the U.S. Navy from 2018 to 2022. He was stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, and Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, California. As a Marine Infantryman, he was selected for the battalion’s Scout Sniper Platoon less than six months after arriving at his unit. Throughout his military career, Cole completed two overseas deployments and participated in a humanitarian mission supporting hurricane relief efforts in Florida. He served as a Rifle Squad Leader, Combat Hunter Trainer, UAS Level 1 drone operator, Chief Scout for an Amphibious Raids Boat Company Scout Swimmer team, and later completed Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training before injuries prevented him from completing SEAL Qualification Training. He concluded his military service as a member of the U.S. Navy Honor Guard, providing honors for fallen service members.

Before joining Lovell, Cole served as an Office Coordinator with the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he coordinated physician schedules and supported patient care operations. He also worked as an independent brand photographer, producing promotional photography, video content, and marketing materials for businesses and events. Cole is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at the University of West Florida. His leadership, dedication to service, and broad operational experience make him a valuable member of the Lovell team.

Adam Walker

Adam Walker serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Lovell, bringing 14 years of distinguished service in the United States Marine Corps and extensive experience in personnel administration and leadership. In his role, Adam supports Lovell’s human resources operations, helping foster a strong workplace culture while supporting employees across the organization.
Adam served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2005 to 2019, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant. Throughout his military career, he was stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina; MEPS Des Moines, Iowa; Marine Corps Base Hawaii; and Inspector-Instructor Staff in Lynchburg, Virginia. As an Administration Chief, he oversaw critical personnel and administrative operations. Adam deployed to Al Taqaddum, Iraq, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and to Kandahar, Afghanistan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Following his promotion to Staff Sergeant, he was hand-selected to serve as the Administration Chief for the Commander of Marine Corps Base Hawaii.
Adam has been recognized with numerous military honors, including the Joint Service Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, and two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and working toward his Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification through Syracuse University. Adam’s proven leadership, commitment to service, and expertise in human resources make him a valuable member of the Lovell team.

Bonner Brownlee

Bonner Brownlee serves as an Accountant at Robin Masters Estates, a subsidiary of Lovell Government Services, where he supports the company’s financial operations through accurate reporting, account management, and fiscal oversight. His attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and commitment to operational excellence contribute to Lovell’s continued growth and success.
In addition to his role at Lovell, Bonner proudly serves in the Mississippi Air National Guard as a Staff Sergeant with the 172nd Airlift Wing. Since joining the Air Force in 2021, he has specialized in Water and Fuel Systems Maintenance, supporting critical infrastructure and mission readiness. During his military service, Bonner deployed to Jordan and has been recognized for his performance and leadership as an Honor Graduate and recipient of the Meritorious Service Achievement Medal.
Prior to joining Lovell, Bonner worked as an Accountant for The Taylor Group, where he managed vendor relationships and oversaw accounts payable functions, helping ensure efficient financial operations and strong business partnerships.
Bonner earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University and is also a licensed Real Estate Agent. His diverse professional background, military service, and dedication to excellence make him a valuable member of the Lovell team.

Zach Elvin

Zach is the President of Robin Masters Estates, a subsidiary of Lovell Government Services. He served six years in the United States Marine Corps (2020-2026) and achieved the rank of Captain.  Stationed at Marine Corps Air Station New River, Jacksonville NC, he was an Aviation Supply Officer holding key roles including Warehouse Management Division Officer in Charge, Operations Officer, and Continuous Process Improvement Officer in Charge.  Zach spent his last two years in the Marine Corps, stationed at The Basic School in Quantico, Virginia, where he served as a Staff Platoon Commander, teaching, coaching, and mentoring 88 Second Lieutenants in Leadership, Academics, and Military Skills. Zach earned a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 2020, where he was also a member of the Navy Men’s Division I Wrestling Team. His dynamic leadership, strategic mindset, and extensive military experience position him to drive growth and operational excellence at Robin Masters Estates while strengthening the broader Lovell team.

Francis L. McVeigh

Francis McVeigh serves as an Operations Specialist (SkillBridge) at Lovell Government Services, bringing extensive military leadership, logistics management, and operational planning experience from his service in the United States Marine Corps. His background in ammunition operations, quality assurance, and multinational training support aligns closely with Lovell’s mission of serving military, veteran, and government communities.

Prior to joining Lovell, Francis served seven and a half years in the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Sergeant. As an Ammunition Technician (MOS 2311), he held positions of increasing responsibility at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Tactical Training Exercise Control Group (TTECG) at Twentynine Palms, California, and 9th Engineer Support Battalion in Okinawa, Japan.

At Camp Lejeune, Francis served as a Team Leader overseeing 25 Marines before advancing to Quality Assurance Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) for the Ammunition Supply Point (ASP). In this role, he was responsible for verifying the serviceability and accountability of ammunition shipments entering and departing the facility, ensuring compliance with strict military standards and operational requirements. His exceptional performance earned him the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.

While assigned to TTECG at Twentynine Palms, Francis served as a Pyrotechnic Technician, commonly known as a “Coyote,” where he advised units participating in Integrated Training Exercises on the safe and effective employment of pyrotechnics during realistic combat training scenarios. His expertise directly contributed to the readiness and effectiveness of Marines preparing for deployment.

During his assignment with 9th Engineer Support Battalion in Okinawa, Francis served as the Battalion Ammunition Chief for a battalion consisting of six companies. He managed an ammunition account valued at more than $26 million and coordinated the movement of ammunition and explosives throughout the Indo-Pacific region, supporting training exercises in South Korea, the Philippines, Thailand, and Guam. He also deployed twice to South Korea in support of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Combat Engineer operations. For his leadership and contributions in this role, he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal.

Prior to his military service, Francis worked as a Beach Lifeguard with NYC Parks, where he was responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of beach patrons and conducting water rescues when necessary.

Francis’s proven leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to the Lovell Government Services team as he transitions from military service to a civilian career.
